Ares and Slate Join Forces to Purchase €300 Million Retail Property Portfolio in Poland

Ares Management and Slate Asset Management have revealed their plans to acquire a substantial portfolio of 36 retail properties in Poland from Trei Real Estate, with the deal valued at over €300 million. This portfolio consists of modern retail parks that are fully leased and strategically positioned near key metropolitan areas across Poland.
The properties are designed with convenience in mind, catering to the essential needs of local communities. Notably, the leases within the portfolio are linked to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), providing a safeguard against inflation. This feature is particularly appealing in today’s economic climate, ensuring that rental income remains stable and predictable.
