Bradley has brought on Joshua Portnoy as a partner in its real estate practice group, based in the firm's Atlanta office. Portnoy joins the firm to strengthen its capabilities in handling complex commercial real estate transactions across the Southeast.
Portnoy brings more than a decade of experience advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects. His practice also covers leasing, joint ventures, and real estate investment structures. He has worked with institutional investors, private equity funds, and developers on a range of property types including office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets.
Before joining Bradley, Portnoy was a partner at another Atlanta-based law firm, where he led a number of high-value transactions and built a reputation for navigating regulatory hurdles and structuring deals in competitive markets. His arrival is part of Bradley's broader push to expand its real estate footprint in Atlanta, a city that has seen steady growth in commercial development and investment activity.
Bradley's real estate practice group includes attorneys across multiple offices, handling everything from land use and zoning to environmental compliance and tax credit finance. Portnoy's addition is expected to deepen the firm's bench in Georgia and support its existing client base in the region.
