Coldwell Banker Realty, currently based in Haverhill, is seeking approval to relocate its offices to The Beck, a new mixed-use development on Railroad Avenue in Bradford. The move is contingent upon the city granting a modification to the property’s existing special permit.
Christine Soucy, managing broker for the Haverhill office located at 40 Kenoza Ave., expressed enthusiasm about the potential relocation. “We are very excited about the opportunity to bring our team to The Beck,” Soucy said. “This space offers a modern, vibrant environment that aligns with our company’s growth and our commitment to serving the community.”
The Beck development has been designed as a hub combining residential, commercial, and retail spaces, making it an attractive destination for businesses looking to establish a presence in a dynamic setting. Coldwell Banker Realty’s proposed move would bring additional professional services to the area, potentially boosting foot traffic and economic activity.
The request for a special permit modification will be reviewed by local planning boards, who will consider factors such as parking, traffic impact, and compatibility with the existing mixed-use vision. If approved, the relocation could take place later this year, marking a significant addition to The Beck’s tenant roster and a new chapter for the real estate firm in the Bradford neighborhood.
