In 2024, the Lehi real estate market has shown notable changes compared to the previous year. A total of 1,302 homes were sold, a decrease from 1,467 in 2023. Despite the drop in sales volume, the average home price has seen an increase, now standing at $619,747, up from $579,819 in 2023. The median home price has also risen significantly, reaching $521,833, compared to $401,500 last year.
Homes are spending slightly more time on the market, with an average of 55 days in 2024, compared to 51 days in the previous year. The average price per square foot has edged up to $225.52 from $222.61.
The market witnessed a remarkable high-end sale, with the most expensive home sold for $3,500,000, featuring six bedrooms and 5.5 baths across 7,867 square feet on a .65-acre lot. Conversely, the least expensive home sold was a condo priced at $270,000, offering three bedrooms and two baths within 1,286 square feet.
