Ghostly Labs has rolled out two new mobile applications for its Phantom Realty Engine, bringing its artificial intelligence platform, Sarah, directly to real estate professionals and the people they work with. The launch marks a shift from a desktop-only tool to a mobile-first experience designed for the fast pace of modern property transactions.
The first app, built for clients, lets users swipe through active Multiple Listing Service listings in a familiar, card-based interface. Instead of running separate searches, buyers can simply ask Sarah questions about properties, neighborhoods, or price trends and get answers in real time. The app pulls live data, so the listings are always current.
The second app is aimed at agents. It puts comparative market analyses, MLS searches, and client follow-up tasks into a single mobile dashboard. Agents can generate reports on the spot during a showing or while sitting in a car between appointments. The tool also handles routine follow-up messages, freeing up time for face-to-face conversations.
The company says the goal is to reduce the friction that comes with juggling multiple platforms. By keeping the AI in the same workflow as the data, both agents and their clients can make decisions faster. The apps are available now for both major mobile operating systems.
