Founded with the mission to educate and support women, IndyCrew has become a vital resource for female professionals in the industry.

Chelsea Leiter-Thompson, the current president of the organization, highlighted that IndyCrew is part of a global network comprising 86 chapters. The Indianapolis chapter, with its 265 members, emphasizes the importance of networking and professional development through monthly events and workshops. These initiatives are designed to foster connections, share knowledge, and provide mentorship opportunities among women in real estate.

As the industry continues to evolve, IndyCrew remains committed to creating a supportive environment where women can thrive and succeed.
