Chelsea Leiter-Thompson, the current president of the organization, highlighted that IndyCrew is part of a global network comprising 86 chapters. The Indianapolis chapter, with its 265 members, emphasizes the importance of networking and professional development through monthly events and workshops. These initiatives are designed to foster connections, share knowledge, and provide mentorship opportunities among women in real estate.
