Aston Martin has officially entered the residential real estate market with Sylvan Rock, a striking estate in Red Hook, New York, priced at $19.5 million. The property marks the luxury automaker's first standalone residence and is one of only two such projects the brand plans to design and build.
The estate sits on a sprawling wooded parcel in the Hudson Valley, roughly two hours north of New York City. It spans approximately 55 acres of rolling terrain, meadows, and forest, offering privacy and a direct connection to the natural landscape. The main residence covers nearly 6,000 square feet and features a design language that echoes Aston Martin's automotive styling, with sweeping curves, bold horizontal lines, and a strong emphasis on proportion and material quality.
Inside, the home includes five bedrooms, a great room with floor-to-ceiling glass, a chef's kitchen, a spa, a gym, and a wine cellar. Expansive outdoor spaces include terraces, a pool, and a detached guest house. The property also incorporates sustainable elements such as solar power and rainwater collection.
The project was developed in collaboration with architecture and design partners who worked closely with the Aston Martin design team. Sylvan Rock represents a broader push by luxury brands into lifestyle and real estate ventures, aiming to extend their identity beyond products and into lived experiences. The listing signals growing demand for branded residences in less conventional, nature-focused settings.
