A 53-year-old real estate content creator has been sentenced to 10 days in jail after pleading guilty to lewdness and intoxication charges stemming from a bizarre incident inside a client’s multimillion-dollar home in St. George, Utah. The influencer, who marketed himself as a luxury property specialist, was arrested earlier this year after allegedly stripping naked while filming a promotional video for a high-end residence.
According to court records, the man entered the vacant St. George estate to create content for social media, but neighbors reported seeing him behaving erratically on the property. Police arrived to find the influencer intoxicated and completely unclothed inside the home, which was listed for sale. He was taken into custody and later charged with lewdness, a class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication.
During a hearing last week, the defendant admitted to the charges, apologizing for what he called a “deeply regrettable lapse in judgment.” The judge sentenced him to 10 days in jail, along with 12 months of probation and a requirement to undergo substance abuse evaluation. The influencer’s real estate license has also been suspended pending further review.
Prosecutors noted that the homeowner was “shocked and disturbed” by the incident, which occurred while the property was actively being shown to potential buyers. The case has drawn attention to the unregulated nature of real estate content creation, where influencers often access private homes without proper oversight. The defendant is expected to begin serving his sentence next week.
